ABOUT THE PROGRAM
First we will have a 1-on-1 zoom consultation to confirm eligibility
You will submit photos & fill out a detailed questionnaire
After I assess your starting photos & questionnaire, I will create a fully customized meal plan, training program & physique transformation roadmap which outlines an overview of the timeline to get you to your goal
This will be delivered to you with a full video walk-through
Your initial custom meal plan will include exact foods in their exact amounts
The initial meal plan is created based on your answers from your intake questionnaire & your current diet, foods you enjoy, foods you don’t like are all taken into consideration
There is no limit to how much your meal plan can be adjusted
You will be coached on how to make the best nutrition decisions when variance for lifestyle reasons is necessary (travel, outings, getting sick, etc...)

You’ve been working toward building muscle and getting lean for months or years OR you have worked toward it in the past and fell off track at some point

Each week you will send check in photos & fill out a check in form for review
Your check in will be reviewed by me & you will receive feedback via a video recording
Adjustments are made on the spot & explained in your video check in response
Exercise analysis are included in your weekly video check in response
You are allowed to communicate with me via instant messenger as much as you want throughout the week - reponses are always fast
