ABOUT THE PROGRAM

HOW PHYSIQUE MASTERY 1-ON-1 COACHING WORKS

DETAILED ONBOARDING PROCESS

  • First we will have a 1-on-1 zoom consultation to confirm eligibility

  • You will submit photos & fill out a detailed questionnaire

  • After I assess your starting photos & questionnaire, I will create a fully customized meal plan, training program & physique transformation roadmap which outlines an overview of the timeline to get you to your goal

  • This will be delivered to you with a full video walk-through

MEAL PLAN & NUTRITION COACHING

  • Your initial custom meal plan will include exact foods in their exact amounts

  • The initial meal plan is created based on your answers from your intake questionnaire & your current diet, foods you enjoy, foods you don’t like are all taken into consideration

  • There is no limit to how much your meal plan can be adjusted

  • You will be coached on how to make the best nutrition decisions when variance for lifestyle reasons is necessary (travel, outings, getting sick, etc...)

  • Primary goals when it comes to your nutrition:

    • Easy for you to follow

    • Produces results

    • ZERO guesswork - nothing will be left to your interpretation

TRAINING PROGRAM & EXERCISE ANALYSIS

  • You’ve been working toward building muscle and getting lean for months or years OR you have worked toward it in the past and fell off track at some point

  • You’re far from confident that you are doing things correctly

  • You’re not quite seeing the results you want and you don’t know why

  • You want a full 1-on-1 custom coaching experience and no cookie cutter plans

  • You want to communicate with your coach closley on a regular basis

  • You want to learn throughout the coaching process

  • You’re ready, able and willing to work hard and be coachable

WEEKLY CHECK INS & 24/7 SUPPORT

  • Each week you will send check in photos & fill out a check in form for review

  • Your check in will be reviewed by me & you will receive feedback via a video recording

  • Adjustments are made on the spot & explained in your video check in response

  • Exercise analysis are included in your weekly video check in response

  • You are allowed to communicate with me via instant messenger as much as you want throughout the week - reponses are always fast
